you're fatter than you think

New study out showing that most Americans are fat, or technically, "obese", and don't know it. You know, everyone knows you're fat. It's not like you can hide it. But most people don't know just what "obese" means - it's a lot less fat than you'd think. For example, an average 5' 10" person is overweight at 174 pounds. The study goes on to say that over 2/3 of the US is overweight but doesn't think they are. All you have to do, is spend any time at all, anywhere outside the US, to see how fat Americans are.

You are what you eat.
